When placing your order online manually or via fax, please observe the following instructions. Wagner Match will gladly supply a template for your use. All prices listed are per thousand price with a 5,000 minimum order required on all products. PDF proofs will be provided via email.
If Wagner Match is preparing your art for printing:
Our preference is to receive your logo as an Illustrator file, tiff or jpeg file electronically via email. Logos must be high-res (at least 300 dpi for printing). If it is not available digitally, please supply a clean printed version of your logo for scanning, along with any clearly printed copy to appear on your product, and its position on the template that we supply, or its position on previously printed products. We cannot use xerox or faxed copy for reproduction of logos. We may have to recreate or do extensive clean-up of supplied art, which could incur extra charges. In the case of two or more color imprints, we will supply a color proof for your approval. We provide electronic proofs in PDF format via email, if that is not an option, a digital color proofs can be provided. See charges and turnaround time in our catalog.
Acceptable Logo Formats
We accept logos in any of the following formats. Artwork can be submitted electronically, or on CD, if necessary.
- Files prepared in CS1 (Creative Suite – not Creative Suite 2)
- Adobe Photoshop 8.0 and earlier
- Adobe Illustrator 11
- Illustrator TIFF, or JPEG formats – must be High-res, no web versions accepted.
Sorry, we cannot accept pictures in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Word Publisher.
If you are preparing your art for printing:
Download our templates from the website. Templates are in Illustrator as that is the only acceptable file format for file submission. Convert all type to outlines, call out your PMS colors, and be sure to include all placed files such as the logo and any images. Overseas printers will not accept press-ready PDF, photoshop files, Quark or InDesign.

2. If your computer is not set up to send out emails, please go to www.YouSendIt.com and send us your files via an easy-to-use email service free of charge. To open a free account with them is easy, just click on “Sign Up”, then select the “Lite” program, fill in the required information and you are done.

Please include the name of the file, program version, preview style fonts used, and the title of any placed EPS or TIFF files. Supply both printer and screen fonts or change all fonts to outlines within the file.
